The leader in Workforce Planning will bring together industry experts, customers, and business leaders June 18, 2007 in Chicago

Washington, DC (PRWEB) March 8, 2007 -- The Infohrm Group (now including CLC Metrics), the leader in on-demand, full-service workforce planning, measuring, and human capital analytics solutions today announced the first Infohrm Workforce Planning Summit will be held at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago, Illinois on June 18, 2007 with optional 2-day workshops taking place after the Summit, June 19-20.

The highly interactive Summit will feature prominent thought leaders, practitioners, and consultants providing practical ideas and proven methods of workforce planning. The event will also explore how workforce planning insights can be better integrated into key decision-making processes such as budgeting and strategy formulation.

We’re excited by the overwhelmingly positive response that we’ve received and it is clear that a national forum for Workforce Planning strategists is long overdue.
With a focus on customer success and real-world examples, attendees will benefit from an agenda slated with presentations from Human Capital thought-leaders, including:

  • Dr. John Sullivan, Professor of Management at San Francisco State University
  • Kari Trost, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, Strategy and Planning at The Hartford Financial Group
  • Merryl Rees, Assistant Vice President of Workforce Planning at The Hartford Financial Group
  • Dan Hilbert, Managing Director of Workforce Planning at Valero Energy Corporation
  • Jeff Higgins, Executive Vice President of Workforce Planning at Countrywide Financial.

“As the leader in workforce planning and analytics, Infohrm took the initiative to create a first-class Workforce Planning Summit at a time when the success of a business hinges upon managing people, planning for the future, and determining just-in-time resource needs,” said Brian Kelly, Vice President of Infohrm. “We’re excited by the overwhelmingly positive response that we’ve received and it is clear that a national forum for Workforce Planning strategists is long overdue.”

The one-day Summit will be followed by two concurrent Infohrm Academy workshops. Each 2-day session, Workforce Analytics: Interpreting HR information, and Workforce Planning: A Strategic Approach to Future Staffing Needs will provide a comprehensive overview of successful workforce planning and analytics frameworks.
