Work Exchange Placements in the U.S. from InterExchange Now Accepting Applications for Summer 2007 Positions

InterExchange has begun accepting applications for Summer 2007 seasonal work positions throughout the United States. These work and cultural exchange programs offer participants the unique opportunity to work and earn money while experiencing daily life in the United States. Positions include room and board, access to discounted housing, or housing assistance as part of the compensation package.

NEW YORK (PRWEB) November 30, 2006 -- InterExchange has begun accepting applications for Summer 2007 seasonal work positions throughout the United States. These work and cultural exchange programs offer participants the unique opportunity to work and earn money while experiencing daily life in the United States. Positions include room and board, access to discounted housing, or housing assistance as part of the compensation package. All programs include full support, access to discounted travel and accident insurance and a job placement.

Participants choose from 3 programs:

Work & Travel USA offers international university students the chance to work in the U.S. on their school break for up to 3 months followed by 1 month of optional travel. Positions include retail, counter, and wait staff, kitchen help, housekeeping, maintenance, and amusement park ride operators.

Camp USA offers international residents 18-28 the chance to work as summer camp counselors and support staff for up to 3 months followed by 1 month of optional travel.

H-2B Work USA offers employment up to 10 months with the chance to extend the program for an additional 10 months. Participants fill jobs throughout the U.S. in regions where there is a shortage of U.S. workers. Positions include wait staff, front desk, housekeeping, retail sales, food servers, ride operators, line & prep cooks, lifeguards, host & bus staff, ski lift operators, ski instructors & patrol, and maintenance.
