Well-known television actor, Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Seinfeld) and actor/comedian George Lopez (The George Lopez Show) have joined forces with Parents' Action for Children to host a new video aimed at helping parents reverse the dangerous rise in childhood obesity. The video is entitled

Washington, D.C. (PRWEB) June 28, 2006 -- Well-known television actor Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Seinfeld, The Adventures of Old Christine) and actor/comedian George Lopez (The George Lopez Show) have joined forces with Parents' Action for Children (the non-profit organization founded by actor/director, Robert Reiner) to host a new video aimed at helping parents reverse the dangerous rise in childhood obesity.
Alarming news reports about the obesity epidemic can be anxiety-producing and confusing for many parents. "Food and Fitness Matter: Raising Healthy, Active Kids" cuts through the information clutter and gives parents the information they need to fight childhood obesity, from the newborn years through the teen years.
