In addition to Rachel Macha, a twenty-five-year veteran of sales, marketing and change management, the Company has added Dave Schoemer, a 30-year veteran with experience in psychology and counseling and Marissa Schoemer, a recent graduate student with a Masters in Education.

David has worked as a Psychologist for over 30 years with an emphasis on behavior change and teaming. David's primary experiences focus on developing teaming and problem solving through effective meeting mechanics within the concepts of VisionQuest and the New Reality. Dave Schoemer has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Michigan State University.

Marissa gained two B.S. degrees in 2003 from the University of Montana, and entered the science field with innovation and a precise attention for detail. Her ability to streamline laboratory procedures, and build effective, cohesive laboratory teams quickly rose her to coordination and management of a university research laboratory, and then an industrial quality control laboratory. Marissa's experience and recent M.Ed. coincides and complements VisionQuest's mission to create comprehensive services that operationalize The New Reality.
