Ceridian LifeWorks Helps Employers Better Identify and Manage Employee Absences

New reporting feature helps cut down employee absenteeism; Employers now able to get a more detailed view of why and when people miss work

In turn, employers can then determine if an employee can benefit from other company benefit programs that may assist the individual in missing fewer work days such as directing them to their company's Employee Assistance Program (EAP), assigning them a health coach or a number of other employee resources. Employers can also better identify individuals whose absence patterns require further investigation to determine if an employee is abusing their company's leave policies.
