Amy Travis joins Travis & Company as principal.

Amy Travis, a 20 year veteran of the recruiting industry, will lead the new site. Amy has extensive experience recruiting in the medical-device, biotech, and pharmaceutical sectors that are the focus of Travis & Company's business. The daughter of Travis & Company founder John Travis, Amy joins Travis & Company from Rock Rose Search, an executive recruiting consulting firm that she founded in 2000. Rock Rose Search provided candidate identification and development services to retained search firms around the country, including industry leaders such as TMP Search (now Highland Partners), Heidrick & Struggles, and BioQuest. At Rock Rose, Amy worked on senior executive positions in all functional areas. Amy started her recruiting career at Travis & Company.
