The Muhammad Ali Center is an international cultural and educational institution that preserves and shares the legacy of Muhammad Ali. The Center will draw on non-traditional museum experiences, interactive technology, multimedia theatre, partnering institutions, and most importantly, the ideals of Muhammad Ali in order to help guests from around the world explore what it means to be a human being in the highest sense, and to inspire new possibilities for individuals and for all humanity. The mission of the Muhammad Ali Center is to preserve and share the legacy and ideals of Muhammad Ali, to promote respect, hope, and understanding, and to inspire adults and children everywhere to be as great as they can be.
The Ali Center President and CEO Michael J. Fox says, We are grateful for the companys assistance, particularly because helping children reach their full potentials and in raising awareness of diversity are both significant goals of the Muhammad Ali Center and 9Seconds."
On June 11, 2002, the City of Louisville and the Muhammad Ali Center broke ground for Phase I of the new facility. When completed, the Center is expected to attract 400,000 visitors a year. The 93,000 square foot Muhammad Ali Center will house 24,000 square feet of exhibit space, educational classrooms and distance learning facilities, multimedia and interactive experiences, an orientation theatre, a library, retail shop, cafe, and function rooms for up to 300 people. It will also house the University of Louisville's Muhammad Ali Institute for Peacemaking and Conflict Resolution.

We want to do all we can to help promote diversity and conflict resolution around the world but most especially right here in Tampa, our home."
9Seconds (www.9seconds.net ) also works with other diversity based organizations such as National Conference for Community and Justice -- Tampa Bay and Amistad America, Inc. The addition of The Muhammad Ali Center is a natural compliment to growing client list for 9Seconds and promises to allow them to utilize their services to promote a better world. ###
