Old Westbury, NY (PRWEB) June 22, 2008 -- The general manager and executive chef of the New York Institute of Technology's de Seversky Center, Robert J. Rizzuto, has just celebrated 25 years serving in both posts, and was featured recently in the Long Island Business News for his commitment to the Center.

According to the feature, Rizzuto, who is certified by the American Culinary Federation as both a certified executive chef and a certified culinary instructor, oversees a variety of events from weddings and business conferences to student award banquets and faculty luncheons.

The New York Institute of Technology's de Seversky Center is one of the metropolitan area's premier conference and dining facilities, and offers luncheons, corporate barbecues and catering in its Gold Coast-era mansion building and on its landscaped grounds.

Rizzuto is proud to be positioned in posts that allow him to oversee all the functions, and believes that guests will enjoy his signature dishes, such as parfait of smoked salmon with osetra caviar or salad of duck breast with gorgonzola and champagne vinaigrette.
