Pre-Hit Music Saves National Bully Prevention Campaign A Bundle.

Musync (www.musync.com) was the best choice to research and secure rights for the National Bully Prevention Campaigns upcoming TV and Radio PSA's produced for the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) March 1, 2004--Music Licensing and Supervision Company, MUSYNC (www.musync.com) announced completion of the first National Television broadcast production for the new San Francisco company that specializes in Pre-Hit music licensing.

Seb Jarakian, owner, said, "I really like the way Musync works, like a realtor - hooking up fresh new labels who need exposure and media producers who need quality music, but have smaller budgets. Most people resort to library music, which usually has no edge. We're the perfect solution for smaller budgets in today's economy. It's the perfect win/win and I feel good about having a business build on that foundation."

"We get most of our music from underground labels from France, Germany, and UK and some here in the states where the cutting edge usually starts."

Created for the HRSA (Health Resources & Services Administration), the Bullying Prevention Project includes two :30 second and one :15 second National PSA (public service announcement) as well a :30 second and a :15 second National Radio PSA.

Seb was responsible for licensing a track by Impossible Recording Machine from Positron! Records in Chicago. The director of the spots contacted him with ideas, mood, and the feel he needed. He searched through his library of tracks, and narrowed it down to several tracks with 2 labels. The end result was Soft Rains. It was a hit with the producers and it's being used in all the spots, due out late November.

Started in 2001, music supervision company Musync is on the cutting edge with music. Musync is continually researching and finding new music for licensing and placement into different media - mostly radio and television advertising, but also includes video games, film, multimedia and event production. Jarakian said, "Nowadays most people are 'short-changing' recording artists, publishers, and the labels, but we're helping the unknowns become known, and make a few bucks along the way." Past projects for Musync have included music research for TBWA Chiat Day San Francisco and Los Angeles for their Adidas account, music research for Blue Wave Communications, licensing original music for Matchstick Productions Ski Movie 3 and Dismantle Films Minutiae Of Light.
