Ole Weiner Appointed New President and CEO of the AxFlow Group

Ole Weiner, age 45, is appointed President and CEO of the AxFlow Group (AxFlow Holding AB) with the effect from August 1, 2008. Mats Karlsson is by the same date appointed new President and CEO of Axel Johnson International AB and will be new Chairman of AxFlow Holding AB.

Stockholm, Sweden (PRWEB) July 1, 2008 -- Ole Weiner, age 45, is appointed President and CEO of the AxFlow Group (AxFlow Holding AB) with the effect from August 1, 2008. Ole was employed in AxFlow as CFO in 2002 and was in addition Regional Manager of AxFlow East and AxFlow Nordic. Ole will keep these positions and also take up the position as Regional Manager Central.

Mats Karlsson is by the same date appointed new President and CEO of Axel Johnson International AB replacing Anders G. Carlberg who goes into retirement but keeps a number of Board assignments within the Axel Johnson Group. Mats will be new Chairman of AxFlow Holding AB.
