Our company is a National aggregation without area restriction approved by the State Industrial & Commercial Bureau and the Government of ZheJiang Province in 1997.The aggregation is A Star Enterprise with Credible Quality in Chinese Mechanical Industry, Director Unit of ZheJiang Bearing Association, Key And New-High Technology Enterprise of ZheJiang province. Our Group now owns 41 subsidiary companies and branches, with capital 926 million RMB, more than 5000 staff, "bearing manufacturing; machine-electric& material flow; commercial supermarket" are our main industrials. We have our own In-Export right. In 2002, our annual sales reached 1.73 billion RMB, and the annual tax-profit reached 130 million RMB. We got the approval of ISO9002 in 1998, and approval of QS-9000/VDA6.1 by TüV Rheinland Limited in January 2002.

In 2001, we ranked No.60 in the state 500 strong private enterprises approved by the State Industrial-Commercial Enterprise Union, and the title of "100 strong core-competition enterprises of the Chinese Mechanical Industry" approved by the Chinese Industry & Economic Union.

From more than ten years development, we have formed 7 bearing manufacturing bases, including wenzhou, hangzhou, qingpu in shanghai, xiping in henan province, nanchong in Sichuan province, huangshi in hubei province, and wuhu in anhui province, and we now possess wenzhou C&U bearing Co.,Ltd., HangZhou bearing factory, ShangHai C&U bearing Co.,Ltd, HeNan C&U bearing Co.,Ltd. and Sichuan C&U bearing Co.,Ltd., etc., totally 12 manufacturing enterprises. We now have the capability of producing 120 million pieces annually, consisting of low-noise ball bearings, Self-aligning bearings, Angular Contact Ball Bearings, Cylindrical Roller Bearings and Tapered Roller Bearings, totally about one thousand kinds of products, including the large, middle, small, and mini types. Our Industry Scale is the top one in ZheJiang province, and the gross income is ranked NO.3 in the domestic bearing Industry.
