Players begin their adventure during story mode in the Kings palace, but will soon make their way to various chambers. Upon completion of a level, each secret chamber reveals another one of the Kings 30 inventions, such as the light-bulb, atomic fusion, pendulum clock and recliner. Once players satisfy ten levels of the story mode, they will unlock the puzzle mode, where play is completely un-timed. After completing ten levels of the puzzle mode, players will unlock the survival mode featuring a mad scramble to avoid the Kings protective scarabs in which to stay alive while solving each puzzle.
