60% Risk Sarbanes-Oxley Penalties

In their on-going on-site survey, completed by over five-hundred organizations, the SOX Forum found the following stark situation:

Not Started 19.07%

Just Beginning Research 40.47%

Plan Created and Ready to Go 16.74%

Changes Being Implemented 14.41%

Almost Compliant 5.72%

Already Fully Compliant 3.60%
