What qualifies Ms. Hall to provide this innovative set of services? "Well, in addition to my educational background (Business Administration with a certification in Paralegal Studies), I have worked 14+ years in the business world. I have supported Presidents and other Executive Officers of both small and large (Fortune 500) companies. I have supervised staff in medical clinics, assisted litigation attorneys in the areas of Employment and Admiralty law, managed budgets and timelines for large IT implementation projects and worked as an Application Support Analyst. As you can see, my experience is quite diverse and I'm proud to say that I've excelled in every area!"

The bulk of the services provided by DesqTop Office Solutions are that of a Virtual Assistant or "VA". What is a Virtual Assistant? A Virtual Assistant is defined by the Alliance for Virtual Businesses as "an independent entrepreneur providing professional administrative, creative, managerial, technical, business office and/or personal support services, from an online, remote (virtual) location.
