David Jenkins, Ph.D., offers a Saturday morning drop-in dream group. If you have ever been curious about a dream this is the place to go.

Berkeley, CA (PRWEB) November 2, 2004 -- Saturday morning drop-in dream group in East Bay, CA. David Jenkins, Ph.D., offers a Saturday morning drop-in dream group. If you have ever been curious about a dream, this is the place to go. The group meets from 10 am to noon at 554 Grand Avenue, Oakland, CA. Everyone is welcome" says Jenkins, a dream expert, no experience necessary, just bring a dream." The cost is $10 per visit (invite a friend at no extra charge). For Jenkins, This is the perfect way to get acquainted with dream work." In pairs and small groups, participants tell each other their dreams. Some people get to work on their dream with the whole group. For Jenkins, Dream work stretches your imagination like yoga stretches your body."

My job is to coach you to have a better dream life" says David. Some dreams are great, we fly or have wonderful experiences but many dreams are stressful. Most of us are gullible wimps in our dreams, we 'wake up into strange situations, totally forget many of our waking skills and get creamed by figments of our own imagination. My method makes the dreamer more assertive." says Jenkins. Changes can often be seen in the following few nights."

Dr. Jenkins offers the only drop-in dream group in the Bay Area. He believes it fulfills an important need. Everyone should know how to listen to their dreams. Dream work is not difficult. You already have the skills necessary to work with your own dreams, all you need is some help to get started." His group work aims to take the mystery out of this process. One participant said He makes the groups sparkle, David has an easy way of leading people to be in touch with their night life. Another regular commented Each class is a revelation."

Dreaming is remarkably normal. Research shows that adults dream for around 100 minutes every night of their lives. Oughtnt you to pay attention to something you spend so much time doing?" he muses. A dream that leaves you curious or concerned is something to deal with." Using Jenkins method, rather than interpret the dream, you explore how the dream seems to you from different perspectives. You then imagine what action you would take next in the dream. This is all about taking action in your imagination" he says.
