[MASS MMA I look at you and youre smiling, didnt you just finish training for about three hours?
[MIKE BROWN My training is done for the day and I can just relax. Im going to the [Hardcore Fighting show tonight. Matt Lee is scheduled to fight. Matts probably one of my main workout partners him and [Nuri.
[MASS MMA Why is that? Size?
[MB Yeah, size and we both like the same kind of training methods. Matt, Nuri [Shakir and I train together the most.
Training This Time
[MASS MMA What have you been doing differently to train for this than the last time, if anything? I saw your last fight local fight against Renat Miserakov. I didnt realize just how impressive that win was until I saw Renat submit Jaoa Amaral with an impressive knee bar.
[MB Yeah -Yeah that was a big win. Renat is a solid fighter and he has an unorthodox stand-up style stemming from his Tae Kwon do Background.
[MASS MMA He did throw one spin kick, just before you took him down. Did you see that coming?
[MB No, I didnt even know until after the fight and somebody asked Did that hit you?!" and I was like What?" I guess it just missed me, I didnt even notice it. I must have blinked or something and next thing I know hes right on top of me so I shot a double from there. I havent seen my fight on tape so I missed it, I heard it was pretty.
[MASS MMA Your shot is incredibly fast and pretty infamous around Massachusetts. Most people are aware of your wrestling background, but few know that you coached collegiate level wrestling. In any case, you were coaching in Southern Maine for about three years?
