Largest African American Pro-Life Group in Nation (L.E.A.R.N.) Infuriated Over Decision of NAACP To Support Abortion March

L.E.A.R.N. is deeply disgruntled over the obvious sell out of our women and children to appease the abortion industry and NAARAL in their quest to unseat president Bush. Enough is Enough.Afro-Americans are victimized by the abortion industry for profit and it now must end.

(PRWEB) April 7, 2004 -- On February 24th, the NAACP declared that its board voted to take a pro-abortion position on the abortion issue. This is a historic event that needs investigation.

Rev. Clenard H. Childress, Jr., Director of L.E.A.R.N. stated, Afro-American women have been victimized by the abortion industry for profit, each day 1,452 Black infants are killed for profit and our pulpits and much of our current leadership are silent. Political alliances have caused us to sell out" our women and our children."

African American women make up 13.7 percent of the U.S. population of women of childbearing age, yet the abortion rate among Black women is three times higher than of white women. For every 5 African American women that get pregnant 3 will abort.

Since the U.S. Supreme Court handed down the Roe V Wade decision on January 22nd, 1973 over 14 million Black infants lives have been terminated by abortion.

Abortion is the greatest deception that has plagued the Black Church since Lucifer himself. It has decimated and demoralized African Americans like no other source," states Rev. Childress.

The leading abortion provider in America is Planned Parenthood. They account for over 16% of all abortions in the U.S. They identify its clients as young women, low-income women and women of color. 78% of their clinics are in minority neighborhoods. 94% of all abortion clinics are in urban areas.

L.E.A.R.N. us the largest African American pro-life group in the United States. Its primary goal is to enlighten the minorities to the moral injustice of abortion and its decimation of their communities.

Rev. Childress states that, L.E.A.R.N.s plans are to counter demonstrate on April 25th to show our opposition to this horrendous decision of the NAACP.
