Synamatix Joins Illumina Connect Software Support Program to Provide Integrated Bioinformatics Solutions for the Genome Analyzer

Synamatix has become a member of the Illumina Connect program. The focus of the collaboration is to leverage SynaWorks, an integrated suite of bioinformatics solutions for next generation sequencers, recently launched by Synamatix. Illumina and Synamatix have signed an agreement to work closely together to provide users of the Illumina Genome Analyzer with enhanced solutions for the analysis and mining of data.

Kuala Lumpur (PRWEB) August 6, 2008 -- Synamatix announced today that it has become a member of the Illumina Connect program, a bioinformatics program developed by Illumina that provides its customers with access to advanced data analysis applications. The focus of the collaboration is to leverage SynaWorks, an integrated suite of bioinformatics solutions for next generation sequencers, recently launched by Synamatix.

Illumina and Synamatix have signed an agreement to work closely together to provide users of the Illumina Genome Analyzer with enhanced solutions for the analysis and mining of data.
