Show-Case Productions was created to offer a platform for up-and-coming writers, actors, and technicians to showcase" their talents in the rapidly expanding Independent Production Market. Our feature, Severed Ties", has been labeled a tour dforce in independent digital filmmaking". The movie tracks the 36 hours of four African Americans lives after one of them commits murder to satisfy his sado/masochistic fetish. At its heart, the movie is a morality play that examines the question, Have we become obsessed with sex and violence?"

The movie features a soundtrack with some of Chicagos hottest artists and is scored by Shawn Wallace of Qi Music Group.
