Calling All Writers In Atlantic Canada!

(PRWEB) April 19, 2004--Atlantic Mystery/Crime Short Story Contest is open to all writers, published and unpublished, in the Atlantic Provinces and Quebec.

The only content stipulation is that your story involve a crime. All else is left to your creativity. First Prize $300.00. Second Prize $100.00. Third Prize $50.00, plus one year free membership for all 3 winners with Crime Writers of Canada. Stories must be original, unpublished, 2000 to 2500 words. Manuscripts should be typed, double-spaced, and prepared in standard form. The author's name, address, phone number, email if applicable, and a 25-50 word biographical sketch must be included with each entry on a SEPARATE sheet of paper. The name of the author should not appear on the story itself.

Manuscripts will NOT be returned, so be sure to keep a copy.

A $10.00 check or money to accompany each entry. Entries must be postmarked no later than June 31st, 2004. Winners will be notified mid to late July, 2004.
