Next Santa Cruz 4 Kerry MeetUp Scheduled for Thursday, April 22

MeetUp in Santa Cruz is an opportunity for the community to learn more about John Kerry, his experience, and where he stands on the issues. Information will also be available about upcoming events, as well as volunteer and donor opportunities.

Santa Cruz, CA (PRWEB) April 20, 2004 -- The next "National Kerry in 2004 MeetUp Day" will be this Thursday, April 22, 2004. Accordingly, Santa Cruz 4 Kerry will be holding a MeetUp on that day at 7:00 p.m. at the Simpkins Swim Center (979 17th Avenue, Santa Cruz).

This event is a chance for the community to learn more about John Kerry, his experience, and where he stands on the issues. Information will also be available about upcoming events, as well as volunteer and donor opportunities.

Volunteer positions available include participation in upcoming events (such as Earth Day, Cinco de Mayo, Fourth of July, various fund raisers), event coordination, Web site development and maintenance, writing, public relations, community liaisons (veterans, GLBT, bilingual, et cetera), and much more.
