Unlike most business owners, the Ledets put themselves in their customers' shoes when it comes to offering products.

"I'm not going to sell a product I wouldn't buy myself," said Phyllis. "We felt like we could do a good job with operating an online store and we hoped that customers would enjoy what we have to offer."

"We're going to use the blog to post information mostly on baby topics - information that parents, aunts, uncles and even babysitters can use. Helping children grow up healthy and happy," Phyllis explained.

As the site reaches its first year anniversary, the couple is planning on building another site that will specialize in leather apparel, though their focus will not lessen the quality of www.PkaBooBaby.com.

"Family is important to us," lamented Phyllis. And it shows all over the website that has something to offer the precious gift that is children.
