With Epic Records and The Winterfresh Network on their team, Z100 is holding an American Idol-like competition open to young talent across the country. Participant's are to perform a cover song from a select list and submit it to the station. After several elimination rounds the performances are posted on www.z100.com and the listening public is invited to vote. The winner will get a recording contract from Epic Records with a $50,000 advance, booked to play two of the largest radio events anywhere -- Z100 New York's Jingle Ball and Kiss FM LA's Jingle Ball, and an option to be represented by the William Morris Agency. Steve Sage is a compelling rock singer/songwriter with considerable musical talent and live performance ability.
