Business Women's Fitness Profiles a Hit on Women's Sports Net

Women's Sports Net, located at http://www.womenssportsnet.com, latest feature is about busy working women and how they fit fitness into their day. This interview styled feature takes an inside look at how successful women incorporate fitness into their busy schedules and what it means to their everyday life.

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) May 3, 2004 --- I have no time to work out. My schedule is so busy that to even think about running or walking exhausts me. How many times have we used this excuse? The Women's Sports Net website now features "How do busy Women incorporate fitness into their day?" and it is a big hit.

"This has become the 3rd most popular area on www.womenssportsnet.com and it just launched" according to Cindy Pond, President of Women's Sports Net. "We hope to keep expanding the fitness profiles area so that women can exchange tips on fitting fitness in to their day."

The first two fitness profiles featured are Pierrette B. Van Cleve and Julie Hussey.

Pierrette B. Van Cleve just turned 50 years old and is the founder and President of the Art Cellar Exchange. "I take pilates from a private instructor 2 days a week, spin on Saturdays and walk and rollerblade inbetween." Pierrette states. She goes on that" exercise reduces stress and burns calories, not to mention makes me a nicer person to live with plus I can out spin my 22-year old daughter."

Julie Hussey, soon to be 31, is a litigator at the law firm of Watkins & Eager in Jackson, Mississippi and lives out in the country where gyms are not an option. Julie, who confesses she is not an early riser offers this advice. "A lot of people are thinking, 'I could never exercise in the morning!' or 'I just have to sleep in until 7:00.' To that I say -- ME TOO! I honestly would make the same choice, but never once after the run have I regretted getting up and exercising. I feel incredibly better on the days that I exercise than the days that I sleep one more hour.

Amazing women and amazing stories. You can check out more about Pierrette and Julie and how they fit fitness into their day by visiting http://www.womenssportsnet.com
