MyCiCy.com, (pronounced "My See-See") a girly girl bubbly buzz website pubbing all things hot in fashion, food, & fun, was started in October 2002 by two sisters, Cicely Clark & Cydni Mitchell, who were just plain fed up with fashion for just thin, model-size women. With a lot of help and encouragement from loved ones, the two Southern belles decided to take matters into their own hands and bring trendy fashion to all women... regardless of size, age, or life stage.

These two sisters, affectionately called "Ci" & "Cy", put their heads (and first two letters of their names together) and started their own girly girl society of CiCy Girls. Each CiCy Girl in the logo represents a different size, age or life stage that a woman may experience: Junior, Contemporary, Maternity, or Diva (plus --size).

To keep in touch with each CiCy Girl, they currently write CiCy Suds, a bi-weekly e-letter which delivers the bubbly buzz on fashion, food, fun, contests, charity events, and Buzz Cuts (special discounts exclusive to CiCy Girls). It also serves as a diary entry for CiCy Girls to keep up with the lives of Ci & Cy. An excerpt of the Suds explains their motivations:

"Everyone is not a thin Oscar bombshell like Halle or big bootylicious like J-Lo. Some of us are just regular girls. Ya know students, 9-5ers, mommies, best friends, confidants, sisters, yada yada yada. I don't know about you but I think average is cool. Who says normalcy is not a nice thing? What about all the rest of us girls who are big & beautiful, short & sweet, tall & tantalizing? What group of social butterflies do we travel with? Where do we shop, eat, hang out, party, & have fun?
