Clarium today annouced development outsourcing to India through new partnership

The partnership is a multi-year agreement that allows both entities freedom to subcontract work. This was an essential component to the agreement as neither company wanted to be locked in to each other, thereby limiting their clients choices. However, the partnership will funnel significant work to India that will allow Clarium the opportunity to leverage low cost software development.
