Every two weeks these reports are compiled for Pennsylvania, Texas and North Carolina where the Department of Transportation notifies offenders that they were observed littering, the consequences and environmental ramifications. Reports entered for non-participating states are emailed to the Governor of each state if an email is on file and send via USPS on a quarterly basis to ensure receipt.

New tools have also been added for users including State Laws and penalties for littering, a database quickly constructed through site volunteers.
