Bank Mandiri To Train 17,500 Employees with IntraLearn XE

Bank Mandiri, Indonesias largest bank in terms of assets, loans and deposits, has awarded a multi-million dollar, 3-year contract to IntraLearn Asia and its partner, The Boston Group. The team will architect an enterprise learning and training solution around the IntraLearn XE that will impact 17,500 employees across 700 branches in Indonesia.

Bank Mandiri is a product of the merger of four state-owned banks that took place in October 1998, in the aftermath of the financial crisis of 1997-1998. The e-Learning and training infrastructure is the next step in its 3-year $200 million dollar program to upgrade its technology platforms.
