The Oxford Princeton Programme Employees Dedicate Themselves to Helping Premature Babies through March of Dimes WalkAmerica

PRINCETON, NJ (PRWEB) May 27, 2004 -- The Oxford Princeton Programme, worlds leading provider of training solutions to the energy, commodity and derivatives industries, showed their support for the March of Dimes as company employees volunteered for WalkAmerica in New York City, NY in April.

Lending a helping hand to those in need makes being in business worth the effort and hard work," said Clara Lippert, president of The Oxford Princeton Programme. Its especially wonderful to have so many employees equally dedicated to helping others by donating their own personal time and energy for the good of others."

Since 1981, prematurity has increased 29 percent, impacting more than 480,000 babies per year. The March of Dimes is a national voluntary health agency whose mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects and infant mortality.

Founded in 1938, the March of Dimes funds programs of research, community services, education and advocacy to save babies, and in 2003 launched a five-year campaign to address the increasing rate of premature birth.
