Hampton Dellinger Joins Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson

Former Legal Counsel to Gov. Easley Joins RBH Triangle Office.

Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) September 4, 2008 -- Hampton Dellinger, former legal counsel to Governor Easley and a former Deputy Attorney General of North Carolina, has joined the recently established Chapel Hill office of Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson, P.A. Dellinger, who finished second in the Democratic primary for Lt. Governor this past spring, will focus primarily on commercial litigation and regulatory issues with Robinson Bradshaw.

Dellinger joins corporate attorney Jeffrey Hart, who moved to Chapel Hill this past summer from the firm's Charlotte office. Hart's practice focuses on venture capital and private equity transactions.

The addition of Dellinger and Hart reflects a growing Triangle presence for Robinson Bradshaw. "We have always worked with clients in the Triangle area, particularly on corporate matters," Griffin said. "Our relationships in the area are such that having Triangle-based lawyers makes sense."

Dellinger received his J.D. in 1993 from Yale University where he served as a senior editor on the Yale Law Journal and his B.A., with high honors, from the University of Michigan in 1989. His publications include an article in the Harvard Law Review. Dellinger has also served as an adjunct faculty member at Duke University's School of Law.
