Special Latvian Day Celebration at the Pier

Come celebrate Latvian Culture with Food and Art, Free Admission!

(PRWEB) June 4, 2004--On June 6 The New York Latvian Concert Choir will perform Latvian Folk Songs in Traditional Costume (http://www.nylatvianconcertchoir.org) at the Brooklyn Waterfront Artists Coalition (BWAC) PIER ART SHOW 12 located at 499 Van Brunt Street, Red Hook, Brooklyn.

Admission is FREE.

Performances are at 1:30 and 2:30; art exhibition is open noon-6pm. Enjoy Latvian food. Presentation by Latvian artist/sculpture Anna Hagen. Exhibition is located in a 20,000 Sq. ft. gallery space in a historic Civil War era warehouse with an incredible view of the New York Harbor and the Statue of Liberty. 1000 original works by over 300 emerging and established artists.
