Maple Ridge Vineyard is Certified Organic

The connoisseur wine farm, Maple Ridge Vineyard LLC, has received organic certification for their produce, their wine grapes and their wine-making process.

(PRWEB) June 6, 2004--Maple Ridge Vineyard has received a growers organic certification and also a processing certification.

The certification covers their tomatoes, truck garden, Navajo-Churro baby lamb meat (in the ark of SLOW FOOD International), all wine grapes (3 acre vineyard) and their wine processing.

Tomatoes at Maple Ridge include the Marzano (in the ark of SLOW FOOD International)as well as other heirloom varieties.

The estate bottled wines made at Maple Ridge Vineyard include Chardonnay (Colmar clone), Pinot Gris, Pino Noir (French clone blend), Cabernet Franc (smallest berried French clone), and Riesling. Each estate bottled wine is single vineyard and single varietal. Each wine is produced in 20 to 30 case lot sizes.
