Customer Evolutions, Inc. Purchases the Rights to the Enterprise Customer Profile (ECP) Solution from Martingale Corporation

CDI Framework to be Marketed to Airlines and Enhanced by Its Creators

Chicago, IL and Denver, CO (PRWEB) June 14, 2004 -- Customer Evolutions, Inc. announced today that it has completed the purchase of all rights to the Enterprise Customer Profile (ECP) solution from Martingale Corporation. ECP, a robust business solution framework for customer data integration (CDI), was designed and developed by the founders of Customer Evolutions. Martingale Corporation had previously acquired ECP from Denver-based Tanning Technology Corporation.

Customer Evolutions will now market and deliver the ECP solution to travel and transportation customers worldwide. "Acquiring ECP cements Customer Evolutions as the premier provider of CDI solutions for the travel and transportation industry," said Todd Hinkel, president of Customer Evolutions. "In conjunction with our business partners, we intend to immediately promote ECP to airlines world wide. Moreover, with ownership of ECP comes the ability to execute on our plans to develop new CDI functions and interfaces."

The purchase was completed as a cash transaction at Martingale's offices in Denver on May 10.
