April Diane Glunt -- LifeCoach, author, and founder of Innovative Conceptions LLC and DesignerLife - has reached a pinnacle point in her coaching career. Gaining clients worldwide has proven that she is making her mark in the coaching world, as well as the personal development and self-improvement industry.

When asked how she's managed to reach success so quickly, she stated, "Honestly, my success is due mostly in part by my clients. If they aren't successful, then neither am I. It's not as if I'm bringing their personal success on a platter to them; they all work hard and diligently for it. And I'm not the easiest coach around," she added while smiling, "I'll tell 'em the truth, period."

With a very full practice of 30 clients, she's looking forward to offering the DesignerLife Certified Coach program in the near future to those who have the passion and dedication for coaching.

Then, when I discovered there really was a better, easier, less painful and more joyful way, and it wasn't just my hopeful dreaming, I didn't know HOW. And to tell the truth, I have shelf after shelf after box after box of 'self-help' trying to find the actual steps - the 'HOW'. It seemed like it was some big secret that I'd never find."

Well, looking at her now, she has not only found those steps, or the "HOW" as she calls it, and is excelling at them, but she is handing them out like candy to anyone who wants it and is ready to begin creating and designing their life.
