Ascentis Corporation introduces HROffice Advanced Reporting Services. This new service extends the reporting capabilities of HROffice through Crystal Reports® for small to mid-sized customers who need extended enterprise reporting capabilities.

Advanced Reporting Services experts will install data dictionaries, create customized report templates, and provide eight hours of personalized internet training for the HR team. One year of support for Crystal Reports® and the Crystal Dictionaries® is included with the services.

Some of the new reporting functionalities include multi-company, exception, and advanced point-in-time or date range reporting. Crystal Reports® also provides for the use of charts and graphs, the creation of advanced formulas and calculations, multiple formatting options, as well as the simple extraction of employee data for merges into pre-printed forms such as I-9, W-2, and benefits enrollment forms.
