Another Lawsuit hits eBay as the Giant Online Auctioneers Legal woes mount

eBay Inc. the online behemoth based in San Jose, CA is being sued by RAM Systems, Inc for fraudulent suspension of its account and eBay store.

(PRWEB) June 18, 2004 -- RAM Systems began selling its electronic products in the early days of eBay. As a premier seller with an impeccable selling reputation, eBay worked closely with RAM to bring its percent of sales, selling through eBay, from 5% to 100% of sales. RAM Systems was selling its entire electronic inventory with eBay until eBay abruptly shut down and suspended 100% of RAMs sales based on erroneous information, and unsubstantiated accusations. RAM Systems, Inc. has been severely crippled and the future of the company is in serious question due to eBays callous negligence.

A spokesman for RAM Systems put it this way." If eBay was a parent who fed, nurtured, and grew their kid from birth, when the first negative accusation came out about their child, they would break their kids legs, throw them out on their face, and lock them out forever. It doesnt seem eBay has learned from the Enron failures especially about insensitivity to the people that depend on you, and the effect it has on them and their families"

The lawsuit filed in Broward County Court, Fort Lauderdale, FL Case# 04 09491 seeks damages for continued losses resulting from eBays actions.

RAM Systems, Inc. is a worldwide distributor of consumer electronics, based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
