(PRWEB) June 18, 2004 -- This teleconference will feature two of the nations most respected transit professionals, known for their intelligent deployment of technology. It takes place Wednesday, June 30, 2004, 12:00-1:00 pm, Eastern Daylight Time.

John Walsh, Chief Maintenance Officer, MTA New York City Transit, Department of Buses (www.mta.nyc.ny.us/nyct/bus/) and Jim Kemp, Technology Manager, NJ Transit Corporation (www.njtransit.com) will present their views, followed by discussion with Robert Gave of Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (www.vta.org) and David Gaier of Urbitran Security Services Division (www.urbitran.com).

The teleconference will be moderated by Tom Sullivan, TSC Board Member, Chair of the TSC Technical Council and President of Transportation Systems Design, Inc. (www.tsd.org).

Teleconference participants will be encouraged to participate in the question and answer period after the discussants review the presentations.

Registration is $45 for TSC members and $95 non-TSC members for this single event.
