Atlantic Benefits Employee Benefits Practice is focused on providing quality consulting and brokering services for their clients employee benefits programs. Prior to joining Atlantic, Mr. Rodgers gained over twelve years of employee benefits experience holding senior consulting positions at Hays Companies, William Gallagher Associates and The Marsh & McLennan Companies. In addition to his work at Atlantic, Mr. Rodgers is the former Chairman of the Boston Board of Directors for the March Of Dimes and is actively involved with development of corporate programs for The Friends Of Bostons Homeless Charitable Fund. He is also a frequent speaker on employee benefit issues and is a resident of Brookline.
