STR Software recently won a new contract from Silicon Graphics in Mountain View, Calif. STR Software will implement AventX® UNIX, a software product for automatically faxing documents from Unix operating systems.

STR Software will implement AventX® UNIX, a software product for automatically faxing documents from Unix operating systems. The purchased option AventX Mail will enable users to automatically email batches of purchase orders and other documents. In addition, users will be able to monitor and manage the delivery of their documents over the Web with AventX WebManager. The group chose the AventX Product Suite to automate their fax system and eliminate the cost and operating inefficiencies inherent in their manual faxing process.
