Lee & Associates Completes Last Two Industrial Sales Transactions Near Van Nuys Airport

Two brokers at Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc., a full-service commercial real estate firm serving the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas, has recently completed two industrial sales transactions totaling more than 94,000 SF and $9.3 million on behalf of Nearon Van Nuys Industrial LLC.

(PRWEB) June 23, 2004 -- The first industrial sale is a 60,000 SF building totaling more than $5.8 million and is located at 7801 Hayvenhurst Avenue in Van Nuys, Calif. Mike Tingus, senior vice president/managing principal and Randy Kobata, associate of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc., represented the seller, Nearon Van Nuys Industrial LLC. The buyer, E&S International Enterprises Corp. -- a distributor and reseller of consumer electronics -- was represented by Darren Cline and John DeGrinis of Colliers Seely.

The second industrial sale -- The Commerce Center at Van Nuys Airport -- is a 34,000 SF building totaling more than $3.5 million and is located at 7741 Hayvenhurst Avenue in Van Nuys, Calif. The buyer, City Art -- a community, non-profit art gallery -- was represented by Plaza Loans.
