Wellington townhomes are designed to offer residents a low-maintenance lifestyle. They offer four floor plans ranging in size from 1,349 to 1,598 square feet and there are plans for a neighborhood pool and cabana for the exclusive use of Wellington residents. Prices at Wellington range from the $110s to the $130s.
"The townhome lifestyle is virtually maintenance free and provides residents with extra time to enjoy hobbies, the beach, the sun, and other Grand Strand activities like golf and boating," said Mike Wyatt, Myrtle Beach Division president for Centex Homes. "And because these new townhomes are backed by Centex Homes high quality construction, Wellington is expected to be an extremely popular community."
Pre-sales for Wellington began in June, and three models will be available for viewing in early 2005.
