EquipTracker has the ability to setup pre-defined Maintenance Schedules for each equipment and generate system alerts for equipments with overdue or about to due maintenance schedules. It has the ability to assign and keep track of personnel qualified to do tasks associated with the equipment. This will also keep track of the skill levels, qualification, licenses and certifications required for a personnel to undertake specific tasks.
The system can be configured to manage different equipment types. It can be configured to define a set of tasks, its scheduled dates of completion, the personnel allowed to do these tasks, their responses such as problems, corrections, and actions in relation to the performance of the assigned tasks. The system can manage preventive, diagnostic, and corrective maintenance types. Equipment revisions and enhancements are also managed through the Work Order process.
Maintenance tasks are assigned or defaulted to qualified personnel. Personnel are qualified based on their Skill Levels, Certifications, and Licenses.
For the Internet Package Solution, the data can be hosted and maintained in our data center located in Southern California. The software will be leased monthly. The client downloads the software from our site, installs it on a Windows XP or Windows 2000 machine that has an internet connection. The user logs into the system using a Login Name and Password initially setup by a system administrator. The database is stored and managed using MySQL server and the server platform is a Linux machine.
The Internet Package Solution is designed for minimum system administration. Small to medium-sized companies who can not afford to have dedicated IT departments may subscribe to this package. Data is stored in a secured and scalable data center located in Southern California. The data center employs state of the art 24X7 security surveillance systems, redundant and backup power generators, and connections to multiple internet networks.
For the Enterprise Package Solution, the software can also be configured to run using MSSQL, and ORACLE databases. A customer can purchase a license and the software can be setup to run and be managed by the customers IT department. All support and training will be provided as additional charge.
