The story of Lora and Lawrence.

Look at our beautiful

The stars of the night!

Are shining down from the heavens

Into our earth, our prescious world

And their beauty and brightness

Can not be resisted by the eyes of men!

Even so you are to me

Just like the stars of the night

For the beauty of your presence with me

Is as the glory of the stars

And the brightness of your love!

Is the light and colours

Of the everlasting "Seven Rainbow"

Bonding us together for all etenity!

Those were the eternal lines that Lawrence showered on Lora one bright summer night when she paid him a visit, at his home in Asokoro Abuja. Although Lora was very poor-the daughter of a poor farmer,whose mother was a common maid- Yet her faith in God as a true Christian, made her to know that'tough times do not last,but tough people do' and that 'sorrows may endure for a nigth but joy comes in the morning ' she believed that things will change for good.

Lawrence so much love Gloria despite her poor background,he loved her more for who she was and not for her poor social background,he was indeed a young tall and handsome noble man . but his friends, perents, and some of his family members were against their unequal relationship,they said ;'it was a union of an ant with a termite 'but these unholy opposition did not prevail .Lawrence loved Lora the more and was even ready to 'tie the knot'for her beauty and good qualities were over whelming (Lawrence and Lora meet during the high school days and both of them walked in love with each other.she was an igbo lady the first and only daughter of her perents, she was the second born, she two responsible brothers . After there high school days they hardly met and communicated ,until some years later when she come to work as a computer operator in one of his father's busines enterprise).

Lawrence was always a star , a superstar from childhood days to his adulthood and even after he graduated from the university of Lagos Nigeria , no one could deny his stardom . he was so great and popular throughout the world ,his gift of poetry , song writing , singing and performing amazed the whole world , he was loved by all and sundry. One fateful gala nigth at Abuja Nicon Hilton Hotel Auditorium ,alot people came from all over the world , to the poetic and musical perfomance of Lawrence and also watch him been honoured with the award of excellence . after his thrilling performance that shook both the audience and the world, he told them about his Lora and asked her to approch the platform and share in his joy( the second stanza of the poem he recited states;'...It dosen't matter the price i must pay to prove my love,even if the price will cost my life, no crocodile tears will be shed , no wavering , no shaking , no looking back , i won't bit my fingers, for the sepiternal sacrifice of love! is in deed sempervirent')

Lora was overwhelmed with tears of joy as she was approching the platform , four huge men that wore black suites and dark sunshades came out of the audience and opened fire (Lawrence noticed the strange movement of the four men before any ony else , he got Lora before the shot )so he bore the burden of Lora by shielding her with his body. All the gun men bullets wasted on him even the 'proof could not deliver'. the scene was so bloody like the 'bloodiness of capitol in the era of the Roman empire' there was pandamonium in the great hall, people were running for there dear lives, security personnels were everwhere, they confronted the gun men two of which were sent to the great beyond, the rest two were apprehended. The night became so sad, the stars of the heaven were also shaken, they wept bitterly.

Meanwhile before the ambulance arrived, Lawrence were seriously hurt , he was on the floor covered with blood trying to stay alive . Lora was miserable her sorrow was unbearable ,she wept and wept more her dearest that was on the floor ( she was the target of the attack ) then she said to Lawrence ;'it is all my fault i should have listened , i should have known that for a truth an Ant can never be a Termite , now look at what i've caused .Lawrence in pain replied her saying ...I'm so glad you are alright. my love for you is without regret, my love for you is without repentance...i do not regret ever loving you nor ever meeting you , i will always love you no matter the situation,love is sacrificial and that , i have proven because i care about you, no matter what happens always remember that i love you and will always do, both in this life and in the world beyond , he said to her 'be strong my love, be strong things would get better' then he fell into coma and was taken to one of the best hospital in the country...
