An extraordinary surge in growth over the past few years now positions Travellers Choice as one of the top five retail travel agent groups in Australia. The time is ripe for an extensive co-branding of the Travellers Choice name, which will clearly identify the independent travel agents who are members of the Travellers Choice group. This new branding approach will be formally launched in July 2004.
According to CEO, Gary Allomes, Travellers Choice recognises that the relationship between an agent and the customer is vital to providing a positive travel experience. There is a definite market of customers who are tired of communicating through computers or through automated telephone services. They want face-to-face contact and an ongoing relationship with service providers.
