Schaefer brings to ERA more than 20 years of executive management experience in emerging high technology companies. Schaefers background includes leading six early stage organizations to fast revenue growth as well as providing senior management expertise to more than 10 successful early stage hardware and software companies.

The company announced the office of Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for managing the long term growth of the organization. Schaefer will also take over all sales, marketing, and customer relations responsibilities. The office of President and Chief Operating Officer will continue to handle the organizations day to day functions. Bozler will continue to head up all software development, financial, and operational duties.
