Guttergoyles Add Fanciful, Functional Gutter and Downspout Detail to Homes of All Sizes

Gutters and downspouts are a necessary evil for homeowners but are often ugly or fail to properly function. The new Guttergoyles line of artisan inspired downspouts offers homeowners the best of both worlds.

(PRWEB) July 13, 2004 -- At first, George Eilbacher was just building a porch. Informed that he needed to add gutters and a downspout to it, he began searching for a way to make the resulting addition to his project look as good as his new porch did.

After hours of research and trying various solutions that ended in broken pieces and failure, George created his own solution to the problem of ugly downspouts. He drew his inspiration from Europe and Americas Gothic masterpieces while adding his own whimsical touches to create Guttergoyles.

Designed by Baltimore muralist and sculptor Alex Robinson, Guttergoyles are intricately detailed and feature authentic finishes. Each one is a three dimensional piece of art that will endure drenching rains, storms and sunlight while retaining its luster and character.

As a result of overwhelming interest in the product, GutterGoyle.com was launched, allowing other homeowners to find a solution to the problem of unattractive, clogged gutters and downspouts.

The Guttercreature line now includes fanciful Gargoyles, Dragons and Bernini Fish in assorted, authentic finishes and styles. Each piece is available either as a functional gutter downspout replacement or as a decorative piece suitable for water gardening, water features or display purposes.

The Guttercreature line was recently selected by The Washington National Cathedral (site of former President Ronald Wilson Reagans recent state funeral) for inclusion in their prestigious Cathedral Store in addition to being available 24/7 via the Internet at GutterGoyle.com.
