Artist Violet Parkhurst Launches Online Art Gallery and Artist Newsletter

Long Beach, CA April 24, 2000--- World renowned artist Violet Parkhurst announces the official opening of two new websites, Violet Parkhurst Online Art Galleries, located at http://www.parkhurstartgalleries.com and Parkhurst Books located at http://www.parkhurstbooks.com. The online gallery site focuses on Parkhursts incredible talent as an artist by displaying her own fine art originals, and limited edition lithographs. The latter site features her published books and newly created artist resource newsletter.

Parkhurst has been in business for 40 years bringing her love of the surrounding sea to life in her Limited Edition canvases and prints. Her paintings are in seven museums worldwide and she is listed in Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in International Art, Community Leaders, Noteworthy Americans and American Artists of Renown. Two of Parkhursts seascapes were chosen with twenty-four other artist's paintings to tour Europe for the Cultural Exchange and are now in the permanent collection of the Stockholm Museum.
