The Independent Living Center of Southern California, Inc. (ILCSC) is a consumer based, non-residential agency providing a wide range of services to a growing population of people with disabilities. The ILCSC is dedicated to empowering persons with disabilities to exercise independence - professionally, personally, and creatively - while striving to educate the community.
