Basil E. Blank has joined SpaceMill Sciences Corporation as Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Blank brings to SpaceMill a dynamic background in engineering and technology, primarily in the fields of synchrotron, x-ray and neutron applications. In this new position, he will focus on leading the development of products, services and solutions to advance both quality and innovation.

Mr. Blank has over 20 years of engineering and development leadership experience. Prior to joining SpaceMill, Mr. Blank served as lead engineer and co-founder at Advanced Design Consulting, Inc., a firm that creates custom engineering designs. There, in addition to leading the technology efforts of the company, Mr. Blank was the architect of several patents and innovative designs. Mr. Blank also served at Cornell Universitys nuclear science and macro-molecular biology (MacCHESS) labs for 16 years where he became well recognized in the synchrotron community for high quality services and innovative ideas that still remain in effect.
