AutoEcom.com Will Drive More Business to Repair Shops With New OnlineDRP Program
SAN DIEGO, May 2 -- PartsMerchant, the business-to-business arm of AutoEcom Trading Network has added another free service for its shop members: OnlineDRP.
OnlineDRP ( Dealer Service Referral), is a new service of AutoEcom Trading Network, ( www.autoecom.com) which will enable consumers to search its nationwide database for certified repair facilities. PartsMerchant is building its database of shops now.
Repair facilities that are current ASE or I-CAR Gold certified are eligible for the free listing. OnlineDRP uses CIC A-Rating requirements as a method of standard.
"This is an opportunity for independent repair shops, as well as large collision repair groups, to get listed in a national directory with the specific purpose to drive more business to the shops and provide quality referrals to consumers. Not everybody is a member of AAA, said Beth Deuble, President of Masterline Technologies, Inc., owners of AutoEcom. "If a consumer is stranded in an area they are not familiar with, this would be a great way for them to locate a qualified repair shop." Online DRP will also provide an 800 number for those consumers without Internet access.
Repair facilities get a FREE listing when they signup to be a PartsMerchant member. PartsMerchant is Masterline Technologies' B2B trading hub which brings together buyers & sellers through a web-based vertical network. PartsMerchant is also FREE to all bonafide repair shops whether they be mechanical or collision. If a shop decides NOT to become a PartsMerchant member, there is a one-time non-refundable charge of $150.00 to create a shop profile.
Online DRP will be available later this summer as part of the launch of Masterline's new retail e-commerce service, PartsSurfer Automotive Shopping Network
